We cater for weddings, birthdays, launches, fashion and corporate events and children's parties. We also run ice-cream masterclasses for individuals or groups.
We can come to you in Billy, our 1968 Austin ice cream van, who will attend your event bearing 12 flavours of ice cream and sorbet to bring you the full Ruby Violet experience.
If your event is indoors, we can serve cones or cups of ice cream from usherette trays and delight your guests with frozen treats in different shapes and flavours.

We can host your child's birthday party at the Ruby Violet parlour in Tufnell Park.
Up to 12 children will have the opportunity to explore the whole parlour, learning some of the secrets behind our unusual flavours and getting the chance to churn ice cream for themselves before creating their own sundaes from a wide choice of flavours and toppings.
Included: milkshake/gelolly, introduction to the process of ice-cream making and some unusual ingredients, kitchen tour and demonstration of how ice cream is made, opportunity to try churning, DIY sundae party with two scoops of ice cream each and wide selection of toppings.
Cost: £25 per child. Min six children, max 12.

Billy the Van will attend your wedding filled with your choice of 12 flavours of ice cream and sorbet, to be served in cones or cups with wafers and napkins by Ruby Violet staff.

Our catalogue of unusual flavours and alcoholic sorbets will delight your guests.
In addition to serving ice cream from cones or cups, we can design an experience to complement your product and brand, be that developing flavours and colours to work with your launch or serving products from our Special Occasions range, which includes ice cream lollies, chocolates, flowers, bombes and sandwiches.
We run a series of creative masterclasses for both children and adults. You can book a DIY Sundae workshop for your child during the school holidays, or treat yourself and a friend to a session learning how to make our Mini Baked Alaskas.

For the UK launch of Chandon, Moet Hennessy's New World sparkling wine, we created two sorbets to complement the Chandon cocktails.
Rhubarb, Strawberry & Chandon and Elderflower, Orange & Chandon sorbets were served at London's Taste Festival and other Chandon launch events.
Food Network approached us to develop Christmas flavours for the launch of their festive schedule. They chose Gingerbread and Stilton & Cranberry ice cream lollies, Mince Pie ice cream and Mulled Wine sorbet.
When Jacob's decided they wanted to create the first savoury ice cream parlour, they asked us to devise the flavours.
We responded with Cheddar & Apple Pickle Ripple, Avocado & Bacon, Stilton, Ale & Twiglet Brittle and Smoked Salmon ice creams, along with Tomato & Chive sorbet. Jacob's scooped these ice creams to serve with their biscuits at a three-day Soho pop-up parlour.
